“For years, we worked exclusively with SelectLine merchandise management. As our company grew, the demands on the software also increased. The centralization of accounting was a major issue. In order to optimize our processes, we decided on SelectLine Accounting and were definitely not disappointed. By setting up SelectLine Accounting, we were able to work more efficiently in the accounting departments, saving personnel, time and paper. SelectLine’s interface is very clear, so that familiarizing employees with the software is not a major hurdle.

Existing external software systems could also be linked to SelectLine so that communication between them can take place smoothly.

The SelectLine IT structure has grown with our company. Previously used master data and charts of accounts could be transferred to other clients. In addition, the initialization of SelectLine could also be implemented at another location in the Palatinate without any problems. Accounting is carried out centrally at our site in Sittensen.

Finally, we also had docuvita It enables us to file all documents in compliance with the law. This is a big step towards a paperless office. With docuvita and a few individual programs, Viebrock was able to help us maintain our existing processes, e.g. in the area of invoice approval, and yet make them more productive.

We particularly appreciate the fact that the team has always been able to implement individual requests at short notice.
