Aukos GmbH – Report

For more than 15 years, AUKOS has stood for high professional competence in its areas of expertise: engineering services, automation technology, switchgear construction and test bench technology. The well-established know how of the approx. 45 employees guarantees a solution-oriented approach with a constant view beyond the technical domain. Dipl. Ing. Fred Tienken, founder and managing director of Engineering office Tienken and Aukos GmbH, likes to describe his experiences with SelectLine and Viebrock Datenservice as:

VIEBROCK: Mr Tienken, let us take a look back at your initial situation and what initial objective was, when you were originally interested in SelectLine?

F. Tienken: We worked with individual solutions and the merchandise management program Lexware. The aim was to summarize the data of the individual company groups and remove any double entries.

VIEBROCK: Why did you end up choosing SelectLine and working with us?

F. Tienken: We looked at different systems and found in SelectLine a program that meets the needs of our company. The price-performance ratio is convincing, but the decisive factor was, ultimately the personal demeanor of Mr. Viebrock.

VIEBROCK: What concrete improvements have resulted from the implementation of SelectLine for you?

F. Tienken: With SelectLine, workflows have changed and become more transparent. In addition to inventory management, accounting and payroll accounting, we use time recording and comprehensive project management, which has made all processes clearer.

VIEBROCK: How do you rate the working relationship with VIEBROCK? Is there something you particularly appreciate about us?

F. Tienken: At Viebrock Datenservice we have found a reliable and competent partner. Despite being short on time, the project has been well implemented and the Viebrock team has been very flexible.
