PEMA Verpackung GmbH – Report docuvita Workflow

In addition to the SelectLine merchandise management, PEMA has for some time been using the docuvita DMS. Documents are created directly and automatically from SelectLine in customer and supplier files according to a predefined folder structure. Now, with the docuvita workflow has now been used to further optimise processes. The workflow for purchasing, from receipt of the incoming invoice to payment, is mapped in docuvita. Via the docuvita Workflow, tasks are displayed and automatically forwarded after completion.

We have complex structures and are very satisfied with Viebrock’s implementation of our requirements. The use of workflows helps us to map our various delivery and payment constellations and improve our processes. This means that nothing is overlooked or forgotten.

START with the receipt of the invoice
