Max Schwenner reports on his experiences with Viebrock and SelectLine:

“The name Schwenner has stood for high-quality pet food since 1983. Since then, we have continuously expanded our sales activities. The SelectLine commercial software can always be individually adapted to new requirements and further expanded.

It is important for us to keep optimizing our internal processes so that we can react quickly and process our customers’ orders swiftly.

For example, the stock of goods relating to factory sales is compared with the cash register, store (B2B and B2C) etc. every 5 minutes so that the current stock is always displayed in the stores. And thanks to hosting at Viebrock, customization requests in the store can be implemented quickly.

We use the voucher module to generate discount promotions that attract new customers and keep existing customers loyal.

In the warehouse, we use the SelectLine MDE for mobile data collection. We scan the barcode on the goods, which saves an enormous amount of time.

We are also enthusiastic about the SelectLine Shipping module. Here, the documents are automatically transferred from the merchandise management system to the shipping module and the labels are printed. We are currently in the process of setting up a scale. The parcel price will then be calculated automatically according to weight.

What we particularly like about Viebrock is that we can call and explain our wishes or problems, they take time for us and always discuss a solution, which is then implemented at short notice.

We want to drive forward the digitalization and optimization of our processes in the future and have the right partner for this in Viebrock.”
