Optimized mask adaptability

Our toolbox, form, and extra field editors now have extensive alignment guides and allow you to simultaneously edit and position multiple form elements. This makes it easy and fast to customize the masks to your individual needs. With multiple selection, marked elements can now be uniformly moved and adapted to the main element in a short amount of time. Tedious cutting and moving the elements is eliminated. Thanks to the positioning aid, the alignment of the fields at certain distances is no longer a problem and an individualized surface and more efficient work is thus no longer an obstacle.

Assign payments even easier

Received payments can now be allocated even faster to open items. With the help of a payment reference, such as the transaction code of PayPal, the payments are clearly assigned in the bank assistant even without existing names. The corresponding field “Payment reference” can be filled both manually and automatically. For this, the data can be transferred directly via SelectLine API.

Convert production BOM items to production items

With version 19.1 we have published the production order. Like the work order, it also offers the possibility to generate data for production control. However, production can be made much more flexible with the production order. For example, several production lists can be created for an article, as well as the mapping of coupled products.

To facilitate the transition from the work order to the production order, a function has been created that converts production BOM items into production items. The work steps of the stored work plan and the items of the production BOM are transferred to a new production list. Production orders, which have been subsequently changed, can also be used to create production lists in order to produce these lists in the future.

Calculated columns are now available for the “Production order” and “Production list” table views. Here, for a faster and better overview, with the help of appropriate formulas, data from the SelectLine inventory management system can be queried.

Assign article properties using subject properties

Often it is difficult to label similar articles so that they can be clearly distinguished. By assigning property features this is now easily possible. Lists (the feature lists) can be used to summarize certain properties (characteristics) and then to be assigned to the desired articles. After assignment, the individual values ​​for the characteristics can be specified for the articles. Thus, even with a large number of articles for optimal distinctness of similar articles can be provided. There are three levels: The 1st level represents the list, for example the category “Furniture”, followed by the 2nd level with the characteristics, such as “Color” and “Material”. Finally, the 3rd level follows with the values ​​like “black” and “leather”.

Using a corresponding dashboard, the characteristics can also be used for a search and provide an ideal basis for search functions in shop applications.

Customer prices and discounts

With the new add-on module “Customer Prices and Discounts”, the prices and discounts stored in the SelectLine ERP system can also be displayed in combination in Shopware. For example, if a customer who has been assigned a specific price group is interested in an item from a discount group, the customer will see the price group price less the discount after login. So far, there are the following ways of combining customer prices and discounts:

  • Customer price and article group discount
  • Price group of the customer and other discount on this price group
  • Other discount on the price group stored in the discount group

Variant products and manual shop variants

You have stored articles in the inventory management, which are available in various versions? You offer a shoe model in many colors and sizes? No problem: The different article variants can be conveniently transferred to Shopware. You would like to offer SelectLine individual articles in the shop? That is also no problem. Simply put the existing articles together by drag-and-drop into variants. As an online retailer, you can offer your customers a comfortable shopping experience, eliminating the hassle of searching.

Import of the customer comment

If a customer leaves a comment on one of the products in the online shop, it is now automatically saved in the journal of the generated document. The feedback from the customer is easily retrievable at any time. Thanks to the analysis of existing customer feedback, customer satisfaction can also be increased.

New text editor for editing formattable texts

Simply copy texts and even pictures from Word or other templates and paste them into the editor without losing the original formatting? No problem anymore. Work faster and more efficiently with the redesigned text editor by simply pasting existing product descriptions into the text box with Copy & Paste. Our automatic spelling checker now highlights incorrect and unknown words in the text. With a right-click, you receive correction suggestions in the context menu or you add the words to the dictionary. Table editing has also been optimized. This makes it easy to add and remove lines and columns, to link them together, or to color them. For bullets and numbering, the indentation can now be adjusted manually for each point separately.

SelectLine MDE

Also our mobile data acquisition, short MDE, gets new functions with the version 19.2. So it is now possible to continue open manual storage via SelectLine MDE. Simply select an open storage from the selection list and continue storage as usual. It is also possible to add additional items after a document transfer. The article selection can be made from the entire article master and is not limited to the items and quantities from the document transfer. You have not entered all the items in your outgoing document? With a new option you can now also allow the completion of incomplete outgoing documents.
