Legal requirements

The regulations require all electronic recording systems to have technical security devices. According to the BMF letter, this is to be implemented between November 6, 2019 and September 30, 2020. In addition, it is necessary to provide a function for outputting data in a standardized format on the cash register software. The cash register software should also be legally compliant in the future. Interfaces to the TSEs from SWISSBIT and EPSON were created for this purpose. The legally required digital interface of the tax authorities for cash registers (DSFinV-K for short) is also available. In addition, you can meet your obligation to issue receipts using predefined receipts with all current legal requirements.
